Yes!  If you registered last year and created an account with Donor Drive, you will use the same login for both online registration and mobile app.  Just click on "Forgot Password" when in doubt.

Please also note that if you already have existing account, you have to register yourself  if you want to manage your fundraising page and activity tracking.  Other people will not be able to register you using your existing email account.

Household Leaders have been designated as Team Captains and are responsible for creating a team.  It is a great opportunity for CFC and Family Ministry households to participate together in our work for the poor.  Fundraising and virtual walk challenge results will be rolled up by teams.

Yes.  After completing your personal information, click “Save & Add Another Participant” and add one person at a time. Remember to include a unique email address for each person who wants to participate in the fundraising and virtual walk challenge for the first time.   If you are adding another person who previously registered and has an existing Donor Drive account, you will not be able to register them using their email.  They will have to register themselves if they want to manage their own fundraising page and activity tracking.  Otherwise you will have to manage their fundraising page under your account.

You can only add another participant via a web browser.  Adding other participants is not yet available in the mobile app.

Please follow up with your household head to make sure they have registered and created your team.  You may also register as an Individual in the meantime and then be added afterwards when Team Captain/Household Head creates the team.  You have to send an email to ancopwalkhelp@ancopusa.org to request to be added to a team.

Login to your account and click on the Team Page tab to access your team’s fundraising page.  From there you can email your household members, family, and friends to join your team.

Yes!  Non-CFC friends and supporters are welcome to join a team if they received an invitation join a team.  You may also create your own team or register as an “Individual.”

The annual ANCOP USA Walk is primarily a fundraising campaign that brings together families and communities committed to supporting the education of poor and disadvantaged students.  Donor Drive is an easy-to-use fundraising platform designed to guide participants like you through an engaging experience, helping us achieve our goals and fuel  our mission of "Building the Church of the Poor."

You are able to edit personal information (e.g. name, address, email, passwords) by logging in to your account.  If you forgot your password just click on "FORGOT PASSWORD" to reset it.  For all other corrections (such as changing your team, being added to a team) please email ancopwalkhelp@ancopusa.org.

Yes. From the main registration page, select “DONATE TO THIS EVENT” then type in the name of the participant or team you want to donate to and click “SEARCH”.

Online registration only accepts credit cards. Donor Drive is secure and the numbers will not be stored.  For in-person events you may register manually and pay with cash or check.  Please contact your local ANCOP Walk Coordinator for other registration/payment options.

a.  Make a copy of the donation for your records.

b. Go to ancopusa.org/walk2024

c.  Click on "ACCOUNT LOGIN" then type the email and password you used to register. If using a smartphone, you should be doing this through Safari or Chrome and not the app.

d.  Once logged in, at the top of the page, click on “Donations” then select “Add Offline Donation” 

e.  Type the amount, donation type, and donor details.

f.  Click “Add Donation” box to save the information.

The DonorDrive Charity Fundraising app goes hand-in-hand with online registration.  It is available for download when general registration opens on July 1, 2024.  It is primarily a tool to increase fundraiser engagement and allows participants like you to:

• Create, manage, & share campaign pages on social media
• Ask for support and give updates on your campaign
• Motivate people to support you through milestones and donor incentives
• Track your individual or team fundraising progress
• Get updates about your fundraising journey and impact on ANCOP

Downloading the Donor Drive mobile app is optional.  However, it will significantly enhance your ANCOP Walk experience with activity tracking, team fundraising progress, push notifications, and in-app messaging features to stay connected with your donors and supporters. 

The following activity trackers devices can connect to the mobile app:

• iPhone - Apple Health
• Android Phones -  Google Fit
• Fitbit

To sync your activity tracker with Donor Drive:

1. Open the Donor Drive mobile app
2. Click the “YOU” tab on the bottom left corner of the screen.
3. Under “Activity Tracking” click “Sync”
4. Select tracking application
